Karen has eight years of experience in global mobility, with a specialization in international relocations. She’s nearing the completion of her degree in Psychology while also studying International Trade, aiming to blend her academic background with extensive hands-on experience to deepen her expertise in the field.

Currently, as the International Division Manager at AIM Brazil, Karen leads her team in alignment with the company’s mission: to provide a human-centered, efficient, and tailored service to each client.
