Phases:

Start

At this stage, we check details of your pieces to adapt the best method of transportation and packaging. If necessary, our specialist will organize an in-person inspection to better organize the shipping of your parts.

Packaging

We work with specific packaging for each item and with packers who are trained for this type of service. If special boxes are required, we will arrange custom-made ones. In international transport, this box will be treated to comply with international health standards.

03.

Coordination

A dedicated team will be attentive to all documentation required and will keep you posted on all the details of the service from its origin to its completion. In Brazil, we will monitor the services with our executive to meet your needs and ensure a smooth process.

04.

Insurance

We offer door-to-door insurance for your transport, with coverage from the largest insurance companies in the world, thus guaranteeing full reimbursement if any problems arise during the services. If you do not have your own insurance company, we can offer insurance at special rates and specific to this type of service.
